it's more than just a headshot.
with headshots, the focus is simply just you typically shot from the waist up. while headshots are still mixed in with a personal branding session, the experience doesn't stop there. we're visually telling a story - about what you do and why you do it through detail shots, lifestyle shots, action shots, product incorporated shots, etc. the possibilities are absolutely endless! each session is customized to best represent your brand, your business, YOU, and the message you wish to cultivate about your business through images.

how do we plan a session?
with each collection, there is a studio fee included.
what should i bring to my session?
a vectorized logo, in simple terms, is a flexible logo that can be used in many different ways + stretched / shrunk to different sizes without losing the quality of the image.
where will my session take place?
vector-based formats are AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF. raster formats are more common, like PNG and JPEG.
when designing your logo, we will discuss the format that is best for your design space.
can i add on hair + make up?
design tweaks are what the other folks call "design proofs" - they are digital representations to assure everything is accurate and exactly the way you envisioned BEFORE finalization + email delivery! graphic design takes time and i want to make sure we're using both of ours wisely!
with every design (yes, each design in each bundle) comes with 5 design tweaks. these aren't minor tweaks, but major tweaks. something spelled wrong? let's fix it. colors are off? let's change them. spacing is weird? done. design tweaks are THE MOST important part of the process. approve design tweaks carefully. if more design tweaks are needed, an additional five can be purchased for $45 or each additional (up to 4) for $10/each. design tweaks cannot be made after final delivery email, a new design will need to be started.
design tweaks are sent via email only and are PNG/JPEG format with my personal watermark on them.
what is the brand spotlight feature?
no. you'll need to purchase a new one. logos cannot be tweaked after final delivery.
what is the turn-around time for branding session photos?
clients are added to my design list when their payment is made. an accurate turnaround time will be given at the time of payment. overall: my typical turn-around time for your initial tweak design will be ready within 7-14 business days [business days defined as Monday - Thursday]. from there, tweak designs take about 3 business days each + final design is sent off to most within 24 hours of final tweak design approval.
from start to finish: roughly 4 weeks, so please keep that in mind. don't wait until the last minute! however, if you do, you can expedite the process for $100.
what rights do i have to these photos?
full payment is required before designing begins.
do you offer payment plans?
at this time, i do not offer payment plans. this is something i am looking into and plan to offer in the future. stay tuned!
