to book a session, click "photography" in the menu and select "book a session" at the bottom.
i do not have a studio of my own, but i rent from various studios in the dallas area. all clients that book a session with me get access to my exclusive locations guide.
in order to save your date + time, i do request a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. sessions are not booked until your retainer fee is paid in full. the retainer fee is non-refundable but it is transferrable with a 72-hour notice - because life happens and i get it!
please see your contract for the most accurate time-frame of when you should be receiving your photos. i do try to beat the contract time, but sometimes it does take me until the day of - i'm human!
your images will be sent to you through an online private gallery via email. your gallery is password protected and only those you choose to have access to it will be able to access it!

let's be real, printers are expensive and in order to make the cost make sense, prints would be even more expensive if i offered them. instead, you will receive the print release to print your photos at your own pace, on your own time, at your favorite printing company!

you will receive all printing rights to your images. this gives you the ability to reproduce the images for personal use - prints, sharing on socials, using them for gifts, etc. commercial/promotional use is not allowed if not separately agreed upon and written in the signed contract. for branding sessions, you will have separate commercial/promotional rights of the images. the copyright of the images will ALWAYS STAY with Parker Photo + Design Co.
i have chosen NOT to watermark ANY of my images (unless they're on socials) as i don't sell images separately. instead, your session comes with your digital gallery. while it's not a requirement, it would make my heart SO happy if you tagged me in your posts on Instagram + Facebook! my handle for both is ... @parkerphotodesignco
all images are semi-backed up. images remain in my editing software for one month and then are transferred to one of my external hard-drives for six months.
i always recommend that each client of mine saves their images to their computer, phone, and an external hard-drive as soon as images are received so you have them in multiple areas should something crash - it's technology, it happens!
